He possesses and takes pride in more than six years in the BPO industry.  He first had his exposure in call center operations and customer service provision when he got affiliated with one of the country’s Top 5 most prestigious call center companies and a world-wide leader in customer service management serving Fortune 500 companies across different lines of business.  After almost a couple of years with this premier call center company, he then moved on with his career and worked as an Associate Trainer for a Top 10 HR consultancy, recruiting and training firm that is based in Makati.  It is in this firm where he first got his training experience and exposure in Human Resources and Learning and Development because the organization offers Near-Hire, Core Skills, Communication Enhancement, Soft Skills, Trainer, and Leadership Development trainings. Then, after a short stint with this group, he was absorbed by one of its leading clients, a rich Indian family owned-NASSCOM (a non-profit trade association of IT and BPO services providers in India) Top 15 BPO company and Top 20 IT-BPO employer that has sites in Quezon City (three), Alabang (two), and in Iloilo..  It was actually in this company that he had moved up the corporate ladder to become a Training Generalist and had been immersed extensively in Human Resources particularly learning and development, recruitment, organizational development, operations, and employee relations; which are functions that he had eventually mastered and gained further specializations in.

Mr. Sta. Ana is a dynamic corporate training provider that has training certifications in learning and development programs within areas of specialization.  He has also conducted hundreds of quality and highly-commended on-the-job, off-the-job, apprenticeship, and induction training sessions around Core or Foundation (Communication Skills Enhancement, Accent Reduction and Neutralization, American Accent, US Culture and Geography, Voice and Accent, and Soft Skills), Maintenance (Refreshers, Cascades, and Up-trainings), and Career and Development (Corporate University and External enabling, technical and staff/leadership development trainings) not to mention a good number of team-building activities that he has facilitated for different private, public, non-government, and non-profit organizations and individuals all throughout his career and among the different renowned outfits he had worked for.

As an empowering and high-impact Filipino motivational speaker and training provider, he is fast getting known for his excellent communication skills in both his native tongue and the English language.  Furthermore, he has turned heads not just because of his excellent presentation, platform and facilitation skills every time he speaks in his training sessions but also because of his ability to communicate effectively with each one of his participants, to deliver his message in the most understandable and simple way, and to make his audience pay attention while having fun and laughing at the same time.  Without a doubt, he is an educator and an entertainer up on stage.

Lastly, he graduated with a degree in Bachelor in Business Teacher Education, Cum Laude, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in Sta. Mesa, Manila in 2006 and has also studied a few units in Masters in Educational Management from the Graduate School of the same institution.

He is a perfect example of an inspirational individual who was able to graduate with honors back in college despite being born in a poor family in Taytay, Rizal and his parents not being able to support him entirely.  He was able to send himself to school and finish his college degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines after four tough years thanks to his university-sponsored scholarships and the additional financial assistance extended to him by Kindreds Pillars Foundation, a scholarship institution and foundation established by successful College of Office Administration and Business Teacher Education (now College of Education) alumni.  He was able to qualify for the latter’s and the university’s scholarship support owing to his consistent inclusion in either the university’s President’s or Dean’s list for which only students who have excellent grades can qualify.

Also,  he wasn’t just a bookish student who confined himself in the four corners of the classroom or the library for four or five years and then upon graduating, “Voila!”, immediately became a Cum Laude graduate.  He wasn’t just an outstanding student who was doing well scholastically.  He was also, at the same time, one of the most active student/youth leaders inside and outside his university.  This was no doubt impressive because not a lot of bright students can multi-task by focusing on studying religiously and being affiliated with or leading multiple organizations at the same time.

In other words, he was simply an amazing student back then who managed himself well and was able to become a multi-dimensional and immensely versatile youth. Now, since graduating from college with flying colors, he is already a professional of a little over six years with specialties in Customer Service, Call Center Operations and Human Resources particularly Learning and Development (Communication, Customer Service, and Corporate Trainings), Recruitment, Employee Relations, and a little bit of Compensation and Benefits.

He is not only a versatile and all-around leadership and development master.  He is also a superbly passionate supporter of Philippine boxing and boxing as a sport in general.  His addiction to the sport started as early as 2003 right after watching an exciting bout on TV and since then, his inclination towards it has even gone beyond just being a casual fan to a hardcore enthusiast.  From consistently watching match-ups either on TV or in person, he even had rigorous and serious amateur trainings for some months at the Red Corner boxing gym (5/F of Holiday Inn beside Robinsons Galleria in Ortigas) and the Elorde Boxing Stable on Katipunan (216 Katipunan Ave, Blue Ridge, Quezon City) so as to experience what a real boxer goes thru every time he prepares himself for a fight and to better understand and appreciate the sport that he has loved and is currently dedicating himself to.

To step up his love for the sport, he even founded and created Mandirigmang Pinoy (www.facebook.com/MandirigmangPnoy), a Facebook-based boxing portal that aims to let hardcore buffs and even the casual fans and non-supporters know, appreciate and support Philippine boxing and all the Filipino boxers who are fighting and making a name for themselves locally and abroad.

Here, he just doesn’t link news, updates, and media about what’s going on in Philippine boxing but he also shares his insights and commentaries about everything under the sun; boxing-related.  Plus, he also announces local and international events featuring Filipino boxers who are going to fight foreigners for title and non-title contests.

He also used to write for PhilBoxing, the country’s premier and most prominent Philippine boxing website.  This website shares the same objective as his brainchild project before, Mandirigmang Pinoy which is to support Philippine boxing and to feature all Filipino boxers campaigning worldwide.

  1. Dfarm resort is looking for a tie up with a teambuilding facilitator. We have catered to a lot of companies especially every summer for pool rental and accomodations only. Starting October of this year we plan to offer teambuilding package since a lot of inquiries were received. Please send us your proposal. Thanks..

    1. Hi Virna. I’ve never partnered with a resort ever so I don’t have an idea regarding the rates. I’m more of an independent corporate trainer, motivational speaker, L&D consultant, and team and team culture building facilitator-consultant. Your idea is a great proposition though. Could you let me know what your offer for me is and then I’ll let you know if we could start talking further. My mobile #s are 0933-232-6149 or 0907-673-7653. You could also email me at msstaana.mstcs@outlook.com. Thanks and I look forward to this tie-up.
